The Redlegs entered Sunday's double header hoping to right the ship and put a game or two into the W column. The Bats had other ideas in Game 1. The 15 run, 15 hit attack highlighted by a 4 run 4th inning all with two outs and a long ball by Scott Dickerson off of Redlegs starter Kevin Campbell in the 7th proved to be too much for the Redlegs to over come. Even with a late rally they dropped the game by a score of 15-9. In one of the few bright spots, Matt Redman played a fantastic game going 3 for 3, a HR away from the cycle and made an incredible diving catch on a ball hammered to the warning track in dead center field. His second such catch of the season. Brandon Howard also went 3 for 3 driving in a pair of runs and stealing a base.
