After starting the season with a loss, Kevin Campbell has now earned back-to-back wins and has only allowed his opponents to score in 1 out of his last 15 innings pitched. Campbell notched his 3rd career complete game shutout as he cruised through the Boars lineup allowing just 6 hits while adding 1 strikeout in the 15-0 run rule victory.

The Redleg offense put up runs in all 5 innings, starting with 3 in the first. After the first two batters were retired, Kyle Arend and Brandon Howard both reached on two-out singles before Brad Clark drove in the game's first run. Matt Morrison then followed with an RBI single and later Jared Bradley worked a bases loaded walk to earn the RBI. Arend knocked in a run with a double in the 2nd followed by a 2RBI base hit by Brandon Howard. The Redlegs added 7 more in the 3rd inning. Jared Bradley, Kyle Weldon, and Greg Pfieffer all singled and Jacob Robinson brought 2 home with a base hit. Arend, Clark, and Morrison all collected RBI hits in the frame. Matt Redman added to the lead by plating a run in the 4th and Matt Mattice sealed the win with a walk off knock to end the game in the bottom of the 5th by run rule.

Defensive Note: Jackson Millard gunned down another base runner trying to steal 2nd in the 3rd inning, his 2nd in as many games.
