The Redlegs continued their hot hitting in Game 2 of the double header putting up 19 runs off of Thunder pitching. Kyle Slone, Jake Robinson, and Justin McCurdy led the offense with three hits each. Steve Benthal and McCurdy drove in 4 and 5 runs respectively. Slone also swiped a couple of bases and Jared Bradley had a pair of doubles in the contest. Brandon Howard started and got the win going 5 solid innings. John Long and Caleb Rodriguez pitched the final two frames to preserve the 19-7 win for the Redlegs.
